Hello for fans of Opel Corsa,

let me introduce my Corsa B and myself.

It is B GSI from 1994, last year (2012) I rebuilt it, becouse it was in terrible condition.

I´am so sorry, that I wrote to your site in English, but my German is so bad and hope, that you will understand me in English morre better.

I´am from Czech Republic, but I must say, that the best Car of over the world is from German and Corsa is the best one for me, 12 years ago I bought Opel Corsa A 1986, it was my first car, but my favorite was Corsa B GSI, so for 3 years ago I bought this.

Them main reason, why I add me to your site is, that I want to performed my Corsa and hope, that you are able to help me with this. I hope for your understanding. For example I do not know, if it is better to use Mantzel power box, or Lexmaul and so on...

If you want to show some another pictures of my Car, please wrote me and I will update this site.
For example I add two pictures of it, hope that my Corsa will enjoy you, becouse I must say, that I worked verry hard on it and for future I will do this again to perfomed it, but main trouble in CZ is money..... (unfortunately)

nice corsa.
dont "tune" it to much.
the only thing i would do:
- lower
- light black windows
- engine tuning

I´am like, that my corsa enjoy you.
Now is in garage and I prepare another C16XE engine, which I bought last week, I again bought C16XE, becouse I think, that it is good engine, but I know, that C20XE might be better...
For spring I have to painted the mirrows, prepare "new" engine and another little things I want to change, but do not worry, no TUNED (only the engine).
I have adjustable suspension form DE (blue line of JOM, becouse it was the cheapeast solution), so lower is not problem, but I have 7 inch wheels with 195/45/15 and I cuts with back.
As I wrote, that I want to tuned the engine, but I´am not sure, why way is the best (Power box, chip, exhaust, I do not know). My engine is now in basic condition C16XE 80 kW without klima, car has good sprint, but not so good like I want...
I will send you another pictures on weekend.

oh my god! i would like to rebuild my own corsa like this too *_*. Completly strip, repaint and put new parts in! xD

Thanks for your respect. I must say, that work on car is not finished yet. For next season I have to prepared "new" engine, I bought C16XE again competely with gearbox, so I have one engine extra (if something go wrong...), but the main reason, why I bought "new" engine was, that now my C16XE has terrible oil consumption, almost 1 liter per 500 km. Tomorrow I will remove the cylinder head, so I will see, if "new" engine is in good (better) condition to performed it than my present engine. Photos of "new" engine you can see below.

best way to tune your engine:

- camshafts
- exhaust
- powerbox
- gearbox
- light wheels

my corsa was a 1.4 16v , and i got nearly 115 ps without power box.
so i think your engine will able to get 140 ps with powerbox and good Setup.

p. s. an alle anderen:
was ist das für ne gummi dichtung von der ansaugbrücke??? :o

I think, that it is the best way to tune the engine, problem is money, now I calculeted only the neccesarry parts to rebuilt the engine, and it is more than 600-800 EUR (gaskets, clutch, divorce kit and so on), so new camshafts, exhaust and powerbox is for future phase, also I see to the chip of control unit...

Yesterday I worked on engine, you can see new images. Positive is, that cylinders are ok.
